Gilbert Regan is General Counsel and Secretary of Consolidated Air Support Systems, LLC (CASS), and its subsidiaries: CASS Professional Services Corp. (CPS); Allied Defense Services International, Inc. (ADSI); and Air Mobility Express (AMX), Inc., collectively doing business as CASS.
Gil, a retired Air Force Brigadier General, has thirty-four years experience in diverse areas of the law.  Senior legal advisor at the wing, numbered Air Force, and major command levels.  As judge, trial lawyer, appellate counsel, and supervisory attorney, has played a role in thousands of cases. He served as Chief Counsel, Headquarters U.S. Transportation Command, and staff judge advocate, Headquarters Air Mobility Command. Original team member of the USAF SR Model build.
He had three assignments as a military judge; six staff judge advocate assignments; has served as an appellate government counsel, special counsel to the judge advocate general, Headquarters U.S. Air Force in Washington D.C.; and military assistant and special counsel to the General Counsel for the Air Force in Washington, D.C. He was staff judge advocate for Headquarters Pacific Air Forces.
